Sebastian has personally already reviewed more than 400 CVs with excellent satisfaction. He will personally sign off any score, analysis or review of your CV. Each in-depth review comes with a personalised report of your CV that includes proposals on how to reword sections – in proper English – to best represent your work.

In English

We only review CVs written in English for the time being. In the future, we plan on offering this service for CVs written in other languages and adapted to the local requirements of different countries. If you'd like to request a specific language/country, you can email us at countryCV@seb247.com.

CV Score & Analysis

You will receive a PDF report which will include several aspects:

A score from 0 (lowest) to 10 (highest) giving you a sense of how good your CV is. The score will be explained and is broken down into various aspects ranging from formatting aspects to the contents of your CV.
A list of all the typos and errors seen on your CV e.g. spelling and grammatical mistakes, formatting issues (bullet points not aligned, font size/colour changing too often, etc.).

This service is useful if you want to have a sanity check of your CV, ensuring it's good enough (or not) and allowing you to quickly fix the most glaring issues. This is most useful if you already have some good experience building your own CV and have possibly received feedback from other mentors. However, if you are fairly new to building your CV or have never built a CV in English, we recommend that you consider the in-detail review of your CV.

In-detail CV Review

This is the full package, which includes both the CV Score & Analysis and a complete proposal to rewrite your CV and make it even more impactful. You are often tempted to include too many details that blur the actual achievements you have made. Or you remain too generic and don't include enough numbers to illustrate your contributions. Or you don't highlight well enough the main highlights of your work and how they reveal your skills.

This is where we come in, offering you a perspective you didn't have. We suggest structure and new ways to express your work achievements. You will receive a full report, examining and annotating each section of your CV, giving you explanations to why we are suggesting specific changes. The images attached are a real example (the name has been modified): it gives you a glimpse of the type of comments we made and how the CV was transformed. Fun fact: the person eventually got hired by a well-known tech company.

24-hour Express

Need an urgent review of your CV and you can't wait up to 5 business days? No worries! For a small additional fee, we will process your CV within 24 hours. The quality of the review is exactly the same: we will simply put other requests on the back-burner and carefully examine your CV with the same level of attention.

To select the "24-hour express" option, simply choose which service you would like between CV Score & Analysis and the in-detail CV review. Then, once you've made your choice, check the corresponding checkbox in the form.

Note that the 24 hours are applicable from the moment we receive your payment. If you are worried that your payment may be delayed by your bank, send us a screenshot of your transaction and we'll see what we can do!

Initially yes, absolutely! We want to make sure that you benefit completely from Sebastian's international experience. Over time, as the volume of CVs we receive increases, a team will be set up to do a first pass at reviewing CVs, under Sebastian's guidance and according to his methodology, and Sebastian will then still check each CV review and add his personal comments. This stems from the prolonged international experience Sebastian has had in reviewing CVs of applicants at companies like Google but also as a side occupation. All in all, Sebastian has reviewed and provided detailed analyses to more than 400 CVs.

The pricing is also currently heavily discounted for Indonesians so that the highest number of people can benefit from the service: we are essentially operating at cost, with no margin.
